YOGALLET E BODY HARMONY PILATES

Yogallet was created by Ballerina Angela Malan, for the dancers of South African Ballet Theatre. It is not a combination of ballet and yoga, it is pure yoga, with the intent to enhance and strengthen ballet training. Her first passion is dance, but she found in yoga a safe haven to lengthen, strengthen and calm her body and mind. Learning to connect breath to movement, as in Vinyasa yoga, gave her dancing more breadth of movement, improved her stamina which allowed her to truly express herself physically and mentally and gave her the freedom to delve into the finer details of her technique.
